Matsuba Ogon are breed from Matsuba x Ogon, the term Ogon in combination includes both “golden” and “silver”. Kin Matsuba are golden Matsuba, whereas the Gin Matsuba are platinum colored. Points of appreciation are :-  their scales should be neatly aligned, they are also required to have a clear head, brilliant pectoral fins, and a shiny body. All should have a black – based vignette, the quality of a Matsuba results in a koi showing every single scale area with a discrete, dark wedge that should show no blurring from one scale to the next. Other Matsuba Ogon, the Orange Matsuba and the Hi Matsuba are also found.
